ROY CHIPLEY
2017 CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR
On March 11, 2017, Roy Chipley, President & Owner of Chipley Company, was awarded the 2017 Equipment World magazine’s Contractor of the Year Award.
Sponsored by Caterpillar Inc. since 2000, the Contractor of the Year program honors 12 national finalists during a Las Vegas weekend event that includes a NASCAR race at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Attendees enjoyed a Friday evening roundtable discussion, Saturday morning focus group, and a Saturday night awards banquet, where Roy was tapped as the 2017 Contractor of the Year.
With his family and friends in attendance, it was a wonderful evening of celebration to honor the leader of Chipley Company and the other finalists from across the nation.
